When I was a kid, we used to have these "paradas" that take us to the pier/Ormoc City port whenever we go to Cebu and these are the ones who meet us also when we arrive from Cebu. This was during the 80s and the early 90s. Then progress came and we lost the old ways. But now it's time to relive those carriage days with our very own ORMOC Tartanilya Ride!
