Throw your hands in the air! Tee hee... Just kidding.
Seriously though, I am selling my iPhone 3Gs 32GB. Why? Well, if you've been following me, you should know why. But for those who are new here, here's a 411. I let go of my phones just as soon as I experience the symptoms of "ugraditis" due to technolusting. In other words, I want something else. Something new. Alright, alright, I'll be honest. I want an iPAD! LOL!
The phone is absolutely scratch-free and in awesome condition. Feels like new, too!
FYI, I've had the iPhone for only 4 months. It's running on the 3.1.2 firmware, jailbroken and unlocked. Originally Globe-locked so should you want it upgraded to version 3.1.3, it will be locked to Globe again. But then again, I heard there's already a solution to jailbreak and unlock this version. But that's up to you. It's either you buy it as it is or if you want it like brand-new, then I would gladly update it to the 3.1.3 firmware BUT without the JB and openline. Of note, you need blackra1n to boot it should you turn off the phone. A word to the wise... charge it as soon as the battery warns that you should! And of course, I'm also giving it to you complete with box, charger, usb cable, etc. Also I'm throwing in a couple of cases I scored.
Honestly, the initial pet peeve I had with the phone was the small keyboard. But thanks to this one here, texting with the phone had never been easier!
And here are some of the apps I have on the phone:
I recorded a short video just in case you think this is all a joke or a bluff or a scam for that matter. If you don't believe me, then come over to SALA Lounge + Café and see me. :P
If you want reviews on the iPhone 3GS, you should scour the internet for that... all because I am an Apple Convert and I have nothing but LOVE for ! :)
Text/call me 09228216418 or 09209004468 for faster transaction.
Oh, and I almost forgot, I'm putting it on sale for 30K if you're from Ormoc City and 32K if you're from Cebu to cover for transportation cost because I would have to meet up with you... or if you prefer, you can just get it for 30K PLUS shipping fee via LBC if you live anywhere else in the Philippines. Sorry, no international buyers. Too much hassle. Oh, and please do not haggle. My price is fixed!
However, since I need a phone, I'm also up for a TRADE. You can grab the iPhone 3GS for only 20K! But only if it's a NOKIA E75 in red or a Nokia E72 in any color, granting you're trading a phone (complete set) in fabulous condition just like mine. :)
Payments can be made thru Chinabank deposit for buyers outside of Ormoc City.
Thanks for looking! ;)

Morning has broken like the first morning...
It was the first time in a looooong time that I saw the sun rise again. Pretty sure it still shines in the east. Took the photo on our way to Tacloban last Monday. I was supposed to do a photo blog about this trip but of all things I left behind for our 2-hour drive to the capital city, I forgot to pop in the memory card of my camera. So... boohoo! I had to make do with the iphone's camera to capture the memories. (It's not the pana, it's the Indian!) Alas, I didn't get enough to make sure this blog post rock your socks!
Anyways, for the sake of blogging and preserving this memory forever in the blogosphere, I'm writing about our journey from Ormoc to Tacloban and back that lasted an entire day -- approximately 12 hours.
So why did we go on this trip? For one sole purpose. To buy cheese. HAHAHA! As if that ain't cheesy enough... that and we wanted to watch a movie in Robinson's. LOL! The provincial life is not too far behind with all the modernization and urbanization of the world, but when the whole city suddenly runs out of an ingredient, you'll feel like you're done for. Alright, maybe I'm exaggerating but hey, it's an excuse to travel!
We left quite early, just before the sun shone with all its glory and with just the right temperature to drive off with the windows down and feel the refreshing pollution-free air of the countryside. Can you picture it? I ought to kick myself just for leaving the memory card behind as I'm not sure I can accurately describe everything I had seen, felt, and experienced.
Tip: Don't camwhore if you're running on more than 100kph. Especially if your camera doesn't come with shutter speed controls.
We arrived an hour before the mall opened so we hit Andok's for some breakfast. Yes, we drove 2 hours to eat chicken. HAHAHA! Too bad I was too famished to even take some pics of our heavy fried chicken & liempo meal. But as soon as our tummies were satisfied, the idea of walking around the airconditioned mall was perfect. Of course, I would have wanted to catch some Zzzz's but there was too much (window) shopping to do!
After going to the groceries, we loaded the stuffs back to the car, stretched our muscles and got ready for some real action. By that I meant, hitting National Bookstore (my favorite store ever!) to feast our eyes on books and those cute, perfumed, and fancy office and school supplies. Is it just me or does anyone else feel like being on a bookstore is like being on Disneyland? There's just too many things to discover in there. Like a whole new world... ^_^
We got the supplies we needed including a 12-inch cashbox. However, who can resist a book when it's 40% off?! Even though I've already read the PDF version almost a year ago, Noodle Boy gave the nod, whipped out his card, and got it. *twirls in front of the cashier like a kid on Christmas eve!*
Again, it was on sale. And it's hardbound! Umm, I really don't have to justify anything here. Tee hee!
Since the movie we decided to watch wasn't going to be shown for another hour or so, I asked Noodle Boy if he wanted to grab some lunch. Just a little so we don't have to buy food and eat at the theatre, which btw smelled gross with a mixture of sweet/sour scent. How can I eat with that? He entertained that notion and so off we made our way to The Gustavian and... voila!
The teeny weeny fillet mignon steak for my lunch! Honestly, I think the serving was enough for me, but the boif wasn't too happy when he saw it. Well, for the price... yep, I think it was pretty overrated. They didn't even have wifi connection there. Tsk!
After the movie, we decided to go home... but only after Noodle Boy and I grabbed some Twister and Funshots at KFC. LOL! Yep, this was pretty much a FOOD TRIP slash ROAD TRIP!
The drive home was anything but boring. I didn't even sleep on the way home, thanks to the crazy playlist we had. Took random photos of motorists, too.
See that guy with all the gallons on his bike? Those are, ummm, I think the ones they store tuba in. You know, the sweet coconut wine that's quite famous in this part of the region. My dad drinks that a lot, but I don't like it a bit. It reminds me of vinegar... Well, that's where vinegar comes from, too, I think.
And here's a modern day knight in shining armor... errr, shining bike and shining helmet, riding off into the sunset. Again, I imagined kicking myself in the head when I saw the sunset as we were heading home.
FML! Is it beautiful or what?!?!? It doesn't get any more splendid than that. I tell you, man. Anywhere in the 7,107 islands in the Philippines, you're sure to get one helluva an amazing sunset! That's precisely why I love living here. I mean, I really cannot, for the life of me, even begin to think of having to live in a place where I cannot see a shoreline... or smell the ocean breeze. Yeah, well, you get the picture.
Cheese. Check. Ramen Girl + Noodle Boy cheesiness. Check.
All in all a great trip. :)

My love affair with Havaianas started when I chanced upon the gold metallic Tops back in 2006. Never had I worn flip-flops that felt like home to my feet. I didn’t think I would get hooked on it, but apparently it was love at first sight. I was addicted. Then I became so obsessed that I wanted to obtain every color… and I did.
A few months later since I discovered Havaianas, I found out that I could purchase more of these babies online. I scouted eBay, American Sole, Amazon, Agua Viva USA, New Urban Male, Igapost, Brastudo and even Brazilian sites that required translations such as americanas.com and CIABRASIL. I bought so many Havaianas online that I became a household name for couriers such as FedEx/Air21 and LBC. The delivery boys would already assume every time they hand me a package that it’s just another pair of “flip-flops” as declared. They would chuckle at the thought that I am collecting “slippers”. They just didn’t understand the thrill and excitement that I feel as I tear open my packages and the way it lights up my entire face with genuine delight! Ahhh! The satisfaction of having pairs of Limited Edition Havaianas! It’s like a slice of heaven really.
I should say it is the hunt for Havaianas that makes everything so stimulating. It stirs me up and almost drives me crazy. Since I became so passionate with Havaianas, I would easily give my trust to anyone who could provide me with the best deal and give them to me as soon as possible. It was then that I got scammed for 11 thousand Pesos for being so overly zealous and besotted. But that didn’t stop me. Instead my passion flared and I bought more Havaianas pairs with a vengeance. Mall shops would text me if they have new stocks and I would rush to them in frenzy while feeling the “Havaianas high”.
Of note, my prized possessions are my Wonder Woman pairs, the Japanese Chisos and the Sayegusa (Tortoise and Hare), the New York Fashion Week (Rosa Cha) pair, the exclusive pairs I won from Havaianas contests like the 7 Waves and Take Me To The Nearest Beach, MYOH pairs, the Saks Fifth Avenue designer pairs (Laura Mercier and Bobbi Brown), the Luke Stedman pairs (Tonight We Ride and Bones) along with the No War pair from Australia, the Boracay Mono Dots and Nautical Stripes pairs, CIA Maritima pair, Filipinas pairs, and my metallic Silver, Gold Logo and Mesh pairs. Over time I have acquired more than 60 pairs (exluding the ones I gave as gifts!) as shown at my Multiply site, and to quote Mrs. Imelda Marcos, "If you know how much you've got, you probably haven't got much." Well, doesn’t it get more imeldific that that?
I have attended Havaianas events such as Make Your Own Havaianas and the Havaianas Free Kick, but my “sole” searching isn’t over yet. Every year, Havaianas gives us even more beautiful pairs and it has become a must for my feet to feel the goodness it brings.
So why do I love my Havaianas? The answer to this question is pretty simple really. Havaianas is LOVE. There is nothing in the world bolder, sexier, and more sensual than having my two happy feet bask every day in the lush softness of rubber comfort that only Havaianas can give.
...
Please make me happy and send me to Brazil to make my dreams come true.
Havaianas, HAPPY SOLES... Please vote for me!!! Click here:

May 10, 2010 - It's Election Day here in the Philippines and even though I wasn't very active during the campaign period, even having my share of controversy in the local political scene (WTF!? And why am I not surprised?), I still felt very much Filipino when we arrived at the Ormoc City Central School where my family was assigned a precinct to. This year, our classroom was located at the far end of the school, which wasn't at all crowded when we arrived after lunch hour. I was in and out of the classroom for only approximately 5 minutes. Yup, just like that I was done voting! Yey!
The fun part was getting the PCOS machine to count my votes. And I could then imagine Aprilyn Gustilo (the Wowowee girl) say "CONGRATULATIONS" when the machine registered my votes. Weee!
And the only negative comment I have for this year's election experience is that even though there was a sign at the door warning us that cellphones and cameras are not allowed inside and it was even written on the blackboard in front of the classroom, there was still this hard-headed woman who was talking on her CP while voting! WTF!? I really feel frustrated with people who can't follow certain rules. I mean, how can we expect our country to progress if our people can't even follow simple directions? Geez!
Oh well... I myself couldn't resist but I took this pic outside the classroom so it was perfectly okay. :)
Now all I need is a manicure to get the ink off. Tee hee!
P.S. The boif did his part in this year's election, too! Don't tell him I posted this! LOL!
Go Noodle Boy!!!
Oh, btw, since if you're not doing anything much now that you've voted and all, check this out:

Today I received another package from LBC! Hmm... Lady Luck must be very generous to me this time of the year.
Here it is!
(1) box of GlutaMAX Reduced Glutathione 500 mg 10 capsules
(1) tube of GlutaMAX Lotion SPF 15 100ml
(1) bottle of GlutaMAX Deodorant 50ml
(1) box of GlutaMAX Cream SPF 15 30g
(2) boxes of GlutaMAX Soap 135g
The complete GlutaMAX gift pack that I won from Nuffnang! Thank you guys!!!
I should say I love the smell of their products. I don't know why, there's a certain scent in them that I can't quite place right now. And now that the summer sun bites, GlutaMAX proves to be very effective and an essential summer must-have! I'm not very particular on skin color really but I don't mind getting all the antioxidants, UV protection, and what have you that I can right now.
Enjoy the rest of the summer, guys. Have fun in the sun... but remember to wear sunscreen. And of course, if you get too much tan and want to go back to your natural (or even a lighter tone!) skin color, then there's always GlutaMAX. ;)
