The blogger is back!

Blogging is like writing a journal… or a diary. You update it a lot at first and then you just stop… light’s out, like a busted light bulb — (I was gonna say "na ponder ang suga" but i don’t know what the english term for "ponder"…) Then you get a replacement and the light shines! //img301.imageshack.us/img301/2403/idea3el.gif” cannot be displayed, because it contains errors.

So you start blogging again. Pretty much what I’m doing right now. After some time, I got my creative juices flowing again. Writer’s block? Mental block? Hollow block?

ModelhahaOkay, moving on. I was scanning through old pictures from my 3-year-old laptop and found this picture from the summer of 2005. (Look to your left!) Ha! Would you look at that! That posture, that collarbone, that bronze skin — Ayayay! That’s the Skeletor! And my hair! OMG! I can’t believe that it has only been 2 years since this photo was taken!

If my memory serves me right, I was half-sober/half-drunk then. Ahhh those were the days — when I got wasted by 5PM! And then pass out by dinner time and wake up right before midnight to get ready to go out binge drinking again! Dinner would simply consist of bread, cold cuts, and an assorted cheese platter, which would stink like maaaad!!!

To complete this particular reminiscence, let’s bring to mind Bonnie Bailey’s ridiculously abused hit ever played in the airwaves "Ever After" and Moony’s chillout music.

Ahhh… That feels good. So moving on…

Our country’s politics has gone overboard. I mean, it always have been that way but as of right now, I simply don’t even want to blog about it.. with the upcoming Brgy. elections coming up this Monday? Erap’s "pardon"? The Glorietta bombing? Shish! Enough already.

So what else should I be blogging about? Work? Puh-leeeaze…
I don’t even want to start. Love life? Ahh, a very interesting topic. During my photo rummage earlier, today, I found this
Banggitoy05 pic (look to the right!) of Banggoy and me on our first night out together with the Cuzin Club. Aha! I remember that night like it was yesterday, but I don’t want to talk about that either. What about my family? Oh, they’re doing great! My mom and I are having this great (knock on wood!) mother-daughter relationship. We don’t fight like cats and dogs anymore. So I guess, absence really makes the heart grow fonder. As for my friends? Well, I guess they come and go… but I am convinced that the Barks&Co will always be there. Come Kalag2x season, I’ll be going home to Ormoc for a short vacation and I know they would still be there. We will still play In-Between or Poker at the cemetery. The girls will still dress up for Halloween. The boys, well, they will still be boys… and they will still be drinking Red Horse or Tanduay when they show up at my place (dubbed the "floating casino" by Joneza and Aila) unannounced and raid the fridge around midnight leaving countless empty bottles and a lot of ash on the tiled floors. I certainly wish my bestie, Jia Wen Ni, could finally come with me for this break… You hear that Dap??? Special mention gyud ka!

So anyways, this is it for now. Let’s wait and see if the juices will keep flowin’… and in the words of our dear friend, Jon (Bon Jovi), Keep the faith!
